David Hibbs

David Hibbs leads the customer lifecycle marketing efforts at Off Madison Ave, and is co-founder of www.digitalmarketingstrategy.com.  David is also the Co-Chair of the Email Experience Council’s Consumer Education Roundtable, a group focused on alleviating the frustration and confusion of email by identifying and creating content and tools that help educate consumers on the most efficient and safest ways to use email so they can have the most positive email experience possible.  David’s developed and implemented winning digital and customer lifecycle strategies for many companies over his career including Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies, Fujitsu, Nike, CSK Auto, Massage Envy,  BBC America/Canada Shop, Cars.com & Apartments.com.
